I was pretty reluctant to sign up with a company that required an entire year's hosting fees to be paid up front, but the extensive services you get with the account were too good to pass up for the ridiculously low cost...so I signed up. Well, right off the bat, I had some problems with FrontPage and my forms. E-mail support was almost immediate. This problem led me to another problem (database this time) so he actually CALLED ME!! Most of this was happening during the four day Thanksgiving weekend, too! We were still exchanging e-mails into the wee hours of Thanksgiving morning...
