But what I really like about Active Host is one technical support engineer by the name of Jenni Parks from New York. Every time I had a problem or a question she had an answer or solution in minutes; not days, not hours, but minutes. She is very knowledgeable about her job and very pleasant to talk to. But the icing on the cake is that her knowledge is not limited to just her job or working for an ISP. She has a wide array of know-how making her consultation much more valuable. Jenni is the type of person you want looking over your site, like a guardian angel of the internet. There were times when our site went down, orders were being lost and money was flying out the door and Jenni was there to help, fix every problem and give peace of mind. She is an invaluable Technician and I am able to sleep better knowing that she is there. She is smart, funny, kind, patient; completely priceless.
